It takes some practice to make it flow, but y'all, it's an incredibly fun skill to learn. Get one and let's learn together!
What size do you need?
It depends! For single ball tricks (like what I do), I'd recommend a larger ball like the 100-90mm varieties; however, if you have smaller hands or want to learn multiball tricks, the 60-70mm range is a good spot to aim for.
